I'm about 6'0" and 138 lbs, but my goal is to be 135 lbs.
This weekend at the gym, I was waiting patiently for the squat station to open up. There was a guy there doing squats with way to much weight on the bar. When he finished, not only did he leave all the weight on the bar, but he left his personal effects at the station. What a pain! I had to unload all of the weights and move his things out of the way so that I could do some curls.
I finished up my first set of curls with the bar, and then I proceeded to put 2.5 lbs on each side for my second set.
Hey guy. I just saw you doing weights over there. Let me ask you something. Is there EVER going to be time in your life when you need to push that much weights above your chest? Are you EVER going to need to do that much weight, really? Do you have any concept that maybe big muscles are totally useless? Do you have any idea of how much your joints are deterorating? Do you realize that doing weights raises your blood pressure? Why not do some cardio instead?
