ik vind dit soort pics vaak leuker als de geijkte pics van wat er in de ring gebeurd
dat zie ik veel liever op filmpjes zoals we dat bij Klazienafights hebben gedaan

die combi geeft veel beter de sfeer weer van zo'n gala

kan actiefoto's ook wel waarderen, maar laat maar aan de vele andere over
het lijkt zo wat echter, net een plaatselijk gala waar je zelf ook wel eens achter de schermen hebt gelopen...
net als je Schilt altijd op tv ziet, als je hem in het echt ziet is het eigenlijk een gewone gast van 2 meter met een liefde voor karate

Ik vind backstage ook altijd leuk. Daar zie je toch de dingen waarvan je je vaak afvraagt hoe het nou precies gaat. Ik merk in de loop der jaren bij It's Showtime ook een heel duidelijke verschuiving van het accent in verslagen maken. Vroeger kwam iedereen puur voor de wedstrijden, maar tegenwoordig wil echt iedereen het liefst backstage, omdat je daar veel interessante dingen kan vastleggen waarvan veel mensen niet weten hoe dat in zijn werk gaat.

Hahaha! Ik maak eigenlijk praktisch nooit foto's. Soms neem ik m'n toestel wel mee, maar vind ik het vanuit m'n functie niet altijd gepast om foto's te nemen. De enige vechter waar ik m'n 'professionaliteit' nog wel even voor aan de kant wilde schuiven, is Giorgio Petrosyan en dat is gelukt (edit: bedenk me net nog een paar vechters, maar ik ga ze niet allemaal noemen). Heb van jaren geleden ook nog foto's met Hoost, Sapp (voordat ie die kutgeintjes uithaalde), Ignashov, Le Banner, Sefo en Maurice Smith. Vorig jaar nog even met Aerts.

Aan het eind was wel ff gezellig he, om de ring. Tijdens de afbouw kom je vaak wat makkelijker bepaalde mensen (in dit geval Hoost en Simon) terwijl ze dan van de stress af zijn ;)

Was zeker ff gezellig naderhand......als je nou de volgende keer ff aangeeft dat je naar de mac gaat.....dan ga ik gewoon mee :D
